The ACLUNAGA team has attended this week one of the meetings organised by the Xunta de Galicia in the framework of the round of consultations initiated, with the aim of reaching a consensus on the initial document of the Simplified Environmental Administration Law.

During the meeting, the contents and objectives of the future Law on Simplified Environmental Administration were discussed. The initiative aims to reduce the processing times of environmental files, thus improving administrative efficiency and facilitating compliance with the requirements by companies and citizens.

The consultation process promoted by the Xunta de Galicia aims to gather the contributions of the main sectors, professional groups and entities that may be directly or indirectly affected by the new regulation. From ACLUNAGA, we value positively the opportunity to participate in this phase of dialogue, as we consider it is essential to ensure that the needs of the naval sector are taken into account in the final drafting of the law.
