Our training plan focuses on the development of specific programmes designed to meet the needs of the naval sector. The main objective of these programmes is to improve the skills of company employees, providing them with new tools and knowledge that enable them to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment. Additionally, our training plan also aims to equip job seekers with the necessary skills to enhance their employability in a competitive labour market. This includes training in key areas of the naval sector, as well as in transferable skills that are valued across various industries.
The training programmes are delivered in different formats to suit the needs of participants. We offer in-person training options, which allow for direct and practical interaction, as well as online and virtual formats, providing flexibility and accessibility.
We currently have agreements at both national and regional levels, which enable us to offer 100% free courses and co-finance specific training for our members.
