DEEP ORIENT

Deep Orient is an offshore vessel built by METALSHIPS & DOCKS for the multinational Technip. It provides support to oil platforms and carries out work related to energy. This work, delivered by the shipyard in 2013, consolidates the strong internationalization of Metalships and consolidates it as a worldwide reference in the construction of this type of ships..

The Deep Orient belongs to the 100 series and has 135 meters of length and 27 of beam, dynamic positioning system, 5 propellers, a large crane with capacity for 250 tons, two systems of launch and operation of vehicles remotely operated (Rovs: Remotly Operated Vehicles). It welcomes a crew of 120 people, being able to reach, in addition, a speed of 15 knots. Meets all environmental standards.
